Access your account

Your access card can be used to make purchases at most retailers. You can also access your account at more than 3,500 automated banking machines (ABM) across Canada, which are part of THE EXCHANGE^® Network. Use our ABM locator tool to find an ABM near you.

With your access card, you have the option of paying a monthly fee of $16.95 for unlimited use of several features and services, or you can pay by the transaction. See our account features and fees section for more information.

Some service charges or costs charged at ABMs operated by independent owners and other banks that are not part of THE EXCHANGE^® Network may apply. Review the full list of other charges to avoid unexpected fees.

You can log into manulifebank.ca to, for example:

• View your account information and recent transactions

• View your electronic statements

• Set up and pay bills

• Send and receive Interac^® e-Transfers

• Transfer funds

• Change your password

Manulife Bank Mobile, our mobile banking app, is available for most Apple^® and Android™ smartphones and tablets.

Using the same access number and password you use for online banking, you can use our mobile banking app – anytime, anywhere – to, for example:

• Check your account balances and transaction history
• Pay bills immediately, or set up recurring/future bill payments
• Transfer money between accounts now, later or on a recurring basis
• Send an Interac^® e-Transfer
• Find an ABM in your area

Our telephone banking service allows you to easily access your Manulife Bank Select account by phone. You can reach our telephone banking service by calling 1-877-765-2265.

Once you have set up the appropriate funds transfers and billing companies, you can use telephone banking to, for example:

• Pay a bill
• Transfer funds
• Check your account balance
• Review recent account activity
• Change your password
